People go to church on Fridays here. Today we were planning to go visit a church, but due to not feeling well, tiredness, and maybe a little laziness we decided not to go this weekend. Instead, we had church in our hotel room. We listened to last weeks podcast from the Village and an oldie but goodie from John Piper. Then, Cass led us in worship through song. Those of you who know Cass, know that that last part is actually not true.
I think we'll spend the rest of our day reading, relaxing, and hanging out by the pool.
Right now it's Ramadan, and it's hard to do things during the day. Some places are open from 10:00-13:00, but most places don't open until later at night. So right now we usually just chill at the hotel during the day.
